As a Merger & Acquisitions Professional with 20+ years leadership experience in Manufacturing/Distribution Organizations, Andrew brings a broad level of business experience to Corporate Finance Associates.
After beginning his career with a Tier I automotive supplier, he then spent a decade as COO and co-owner of his family's business, a manufacturer of commercial lighting. After exiting that organization and becoming an M&A advisor, he has also founded and exited four companies of his own.
Andrew has been fortunate to assist some great entrepreneurs in realizing successful transactions in the years since. He serves business across the state of Indiana and lower Michigan.
