Alberto is the Founding Partner of CFA Italy since 2020.
Alberto graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in Business Economics, specializing in Corporate Finance.
Prior to founding CFA Italy, he was a Managing Partner and Shareholder of Arkios Italy (an Italian Corporate Finance consultancy firm) from 2010 until the fall of 2020. He has more than 20 years of experience in M&A and in the equity capital markets.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of Integrae SIM, one of the most important Italian Nomad and Specialist for the Italian AIM market.
He also spent 10 years with Interbanca, a business bank of the Banca Antonveneta Group (formerly ABN Amro / GE Capital) where he participated in numerous Corporate Finance transactions.
