Los Angeles, CA - August 18, 2016 - Corporate Finance Associates, Inc., (CFA) an international investment banking firm providing merger, acquisition, and financial advisory services, is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive advisor to Great Lakes Fasteners (GLF) in its acquisition by All Integrated Solutions (AIS), a portfolio company of High Road Capital Partners.

Founded in 1937, GLF is a Grand Rapids, Michigan based leading independent distributor of industrial fasteners, Class C components, and supplies to manufacturers. The company has a broad product portfolio consisting of more than 18,000 SKUs including anchors, bolts, clips, pins, screw machine products, washers, adhesives and more. GLF's core focus is on application-specific, value-added solutions such as robust vendor managed inventory (VMI) offerings and specialty non-standard, highly engineered fasteners.

CFA's Chicago office acted as the sole M&A advisor to GLF and was led by Managing Director Anthony Contaldo. The transaction was completed August 2, 2016. "The combination of AIS and GLF makes great sense. They are a unique fit, both strategically and culturally," stated Anthony Contaldo. "GLF has an exceptional management team and it is going to be exciting to see the positive impact this transaction has on the companies' respective client bases."

All Integrated Solutions (AIS), which was founded in 1962, is a leading value-added distributor of industrial fasteners and components, MRO supplies, and assembly tools. AIS offers these products along with vendor managed inventory (VMI) services to original equipment manufacturers. AIS is headquartered in Franksville, Wisconsin with additional locations in Minnesota, Iowa, and North Dakota.

"CFA's expertise in the fastener industry coupled with its well-executed process from start to finish yielded a great outcome for all," said Gordon Vandermeulen, Chairman of Great Lakes Fasteners. "We are proud of all that the Great Lakes Fasteners' team has achieved during the past forty years, and we are excited to have found in AIS and High Road the right partners to build upon that success going forward."
