Pablo Ocasio

Pablo Ocasio has over 30 years of experience in aerospace and defense business development, sales, marketing, strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, portfolio management, non-profit community economic development, and non-profit loan guarantee oversight.

Pablo specialized in developing markets at organizations producing highly complex engineered products for the domestic and international markets at Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial aerospace businesses.

He was most recently Vice President of Meggitt Power and Motion, where he was responsible for the organization’s Profit &Loss (P&L), ten year (10) strategic plan, technology investment plan, acquisition plan, and international client relationships. Prior to joining Meggitt Pablo commenced his career at the famed Skunk Works at Lockheed on F-117 Stealth fighter, SR-71 Blackbird and the F-22 Raptor, subsequently he held leadership roles at Honeywell, Goodrich, UTC, and Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC).

Pablo has a passion for community service and is a currently a board director for The Small Business Development Corp of Orange County (SBDC-OC), established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in 2001, Small Business Development Corporation of Orange County focuses on the economic development of underserved communities in California. SBDC-OC is a public benefit corporation chartered and regulated by the California Infrastructure & Economic Development Bank. His duties include oversight of the State Loan Guarantee program which encourages local banks and non-bank lenders to make small to medium-sized business loans that are not traditionally bankable by providing the lender with additional security for a credit request in the form of a guarantee, which serves as an incentive to approve a commercial credit request it might not normally consider.

Pablo also serves a board director for The Foundation for Early Childhood Education of Los Angeles, the foundation is a nonprofit organization, providing childcare services to low income families.

Pablo has previously served as a board director for the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA)

Pablo holds a bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A from The University of La Verne, CA. He has completed additional studies at Penn State University in Program Management.
