Heike Jandl started her professional career in M&A at Investment Bank Austria in Vienna and then at Ernst & Young in Zurich, Switzerland. In 1999 she became Managing Director at Europa Consult GmbH, a subsidiary of Investkredit Bank AG in Vienna specializing in M&A consulting. In 2005, Dr. Jandl took the step to become self-employed and co-founded CD Invest Consult GmbH in Vienna, which focused on M&A consulting for medium-sized (family-owned) companies.
For over thirty years, in her various professional positions, Heike has successfully advised on a large number of national and international corporate transactions in a wide range of industries and has assisted numerous family businesses in Austria and abroad with succession planning. Heike also has experience from her own family business and has completed several years of coaching training.
In her private life, Heike volunteers in many ways and is a lecturer at universities of applied sciences and seminar providers. She enjoys attending exhibitions and theater performances and is a passionate tennis player, mountain biker and endurance runner.
