Emmanuel Dampoux is a Partner at Oneida
Associés and Co-Head of the M&A Solutions practice. He began his career in
M&A at La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild before joining PwC
Corporate Finance. He subsequently held several senior management positions in
M&A, financing and IPOs.
With over 30 years of experience in
cross-border divestments, acquisitions and financing, particularly in the
industrial and technology sectors, he has recently advised on several carve-out
M&A transactions for corporate groups and mid-market companies facing
complex financial situations and significant social and reputational
challenges.
Member of the SFAF
(French Society of Financial Analysts), Senior Lecturer at EM Lyon Business
School (Master's/M&A - Financial Analysis of Strategic Moves), and Bpifrance
expert in financing strategy and external growth. Highly
results-oriented, his motto is: "Beyond expectations!"
