He rose through the ranks at a major NYSE-listed chemicals, plastics and fibers manufacturer to the senior leadership team, a corporate officer, and trusted advisor and leadership voice for their corporate, commercial and finance legal groups.
David is known as the person you want in the room for big moves. He's been the legal lead on high-stakes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, focused on the kind of strategic growth that actually moves the needle for a company.
He's also a true global citizen. David has served on leadership councils covering North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. He even spent several years living in Europe as an expatriate, where he took on the challenge of building legal departments and practice areas from scratch across both Europe and Asia.
