Benoît
is one of the co-founding partners of Oneida Associés, an advisory firm
specialising in supporting business and organisational transformations for
major international groups and medium-sized in France and Europe.He co-leads
the firm's M&A Solutions practice. Benoit began his career in industrial
strategy at Bossard Consultants. He then served as a trade officer at the
French Trade Commission in Vancouver before joining DML & Associés, a firm
specialising in supporting industrial restructuring, first as a consultant and
later as a Partner. For over 30 years, Benoît has helped to save around fifty
factories and companies in difficulty by identifying and securing solutions for
the conversion or takeover of underperforming subsidiaries or business units,
as well as complex carve-outs. He has also led numerous operations to outsource
non-strategic activities. He has worked across a wide range of industries,
including food and drink, electronics, telecoms, automotive, and materials
processing (metal, polymers, composites...).
