Corporate Finance Associates Advises Charter Bus Lines in Its Acquisition by Traxx coachlines

Los Angeles, CA - January 1, 2017 - Corporate Finance Associates (CFA) a leading middle-market mergers and acquisitions firm, announced it initiated and acted as exclusive financial advisors to Charter Bus Lines of British Columbia in the recent merger with Traxx Coachlines.

Charter Bus Lines is the largest independent privately owned motorcoach operator in British Columbia. Founded in 1949 Charter Bus Lines provides charter bus services from the Pacific Northwest, including Victoria, Vancouver, Seattle, Whistler, Williams Lake and Cariboo to both Canadian and US destinations. The specialize in charter services for single-day single events and multi-day sightseeing tours.

Traxx Coachlines began operation in 1932 as Redcliff Bus Lines and started as a taxi service between Redcliff and Medicine Hat. The company began offering school bus services in 1947 and by 1993 had expanded into motorcoach and charter operations. Traxx prides itself on top notch customer service and state of the art technology.

Transaction Information

On December 31, 2016, Charter Bus Lines of British Columbia merged with Traxx Coachlines in a private transaction. The terms were not disclosed. Financial representation was provided by Brad Lindsay of Corporate Finance Associates.
