As a Merger & Acquisitions Professional with 20+ years leadership experience in Manufacturing/Distribution Organizations, Andrew brings a broad level of business experience to Corporate Finance Associates.

After beginning his career with a Tier I automotive supplier, he then spent a decade as COO and co-owner of his family’s business, a manufacturer of commercial lighting. He then led business development for a Tier I Contract Furniture supplier, and in 2009 partnered with friends to launch and build a Senior Services franchise business, which they exited in 2014.

Andrew has been fortunate to assist some great entrepreneurs in realizing successful transactions in the years since. He serves business across the state of Indiana and lower Michigan.

As a former family business co-owner, Andrew’s clients have said they appreciate the perspective that he brings to helping them execute their unique business succession goals.
