The criteria are the first step towards enlisting CFA to act as your corporate development department or an outsourced extension of your acquisition team, if you have in-house staff. Based on such well-defined acquisition criteria, CFA's investment bankers will then proceed to methodically identify and qualify target sellers and coordinate the due diligence process.
