Corporate Finance Associates Advises Delta Energy
Los Angeles, CA - April 19, 2016 - Corporate Finance Associates, an international investment banking firm providing merger and acquisition, business valuation, capital resource and financing advisory services, announced that it was the advisor in the acquisition of Delta Energy Services, LLC by Edison International (NYSE: EIX).

Delta Energy Services was founded by Sheri Tackett in 1997. Over the course of the next nineteen years through a series of strategic acquisitions and alliances, Delta grew to become one of the world's premier providers of custom energy consulting services for large energy users, helping clients control their energy costs. Delta Energy provides natural gas & electricity procurement, utility bill payment & invoice auditing, energy price risk management, energy efficiency consulting and CNG procurement.

Edison International recently formed a new energy consulting company, Edison Energy, to which Delta will now report. Edison Energy is an independent advisory and services company with the capabilities to develop and integrate an array of energy solutions for the largest energy users nationwide. Based in Irvine, Calif., Edison Energy focuses on helping the nation's largest energy users simultaneously reduce their energy costs, improve the environmental performance of their operations, ensure energy resiliency, and manage exposure to energy price risk.

"It was a distinct pleasure working with Sheri and her team throughout the process. We were especially pleased with the outcome wherein Delta Energy with all of its capabilities and potential was acquired by Edison Energy with its strong market position and exciting strategic plan. It was a great fit for both companies", said Robert St. Germain, Managing Director and Principal, CFA Columbus, lead advisor in the transaction.
