Corporate Finance Associates Wins Industrials Deal of the Year

Global M&A Networks Atlas Awards Honors CFA with Industrials Deal of the Year

Los Angeles, CA – October 30, 2012 – Corporate Finance Associates (CFA), an international middle-market investment banking firm providing merger and acquisition, capital resource, and financial advisory services was honored by Global M&A Network’s Atlas Awards as winner of the Industrials Deal of the Year | Small Mid Market, recognizing the Shamrock Manufacturing LLC acquisition by Prime Natural Resources, Inc. Corporate Finance Associates received the award for its advisory work on the transaction.

Shamrock Manufacturing, LLC is a leading oil field service company in the United States which is focused on customer service, quality control and state of the art technology. Prime Natural Resources, Inc. is an operating company located in Houston, Texas, wholly owned by an alternative investment firm with current businesses falling into three major categories: exploration and production, manufacturing and agribusiness.
