CFA Opens New Office in Boise

Los Angeles, California – April 23, 2007 – Corporate Finance Associates is pleased to welcome Bruce M. Perry as Principal of CFA's Boise office serving clients in the Intermountain Northwest, including Northern Nevada, Central Oregon, Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana.

Bruce has over twenty-five years of experience as a former CPA, business attorney and advisor representing clients in virtually every phase of forming private companies, finding financing, private placements, tax planning, valuing businesses, as well as negotiating and structuring business transactions in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining CFA, Bruce was the President and founder of The Business Source, a consulting firm specializing in the sale and acquisition of private companies and practiced business law.
