Douglas is a Chartered Accountant, with over 25 years of financial consulting experience. He worked with Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) internationally where he advised many clients in different industries. Douglas has a strong background in operations and debt financing that he gained as CFO of three financial institutions. Since 1991, Douglas has advised and assisted companies with turnarounds, restructurings, start-ups, acquisitions, divestitures, strategy formation and financing. He has a BMath from the University of Waterloo.
