Bruce M. Perry is the Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Associates office in Boise, Idaho. He has over twenty-five years of experience as a CPA, business attorney and investment banker. He has represented clients in virtually every phase of forming private companies, finding financing, private placements, tax planning, valuing businesses, as well as negotiating and structuring business transactions in a wide variety of industries. Bruce provides investment banking services to clients in the Intermountain Northwest region of the United States.

Prior to joining CFA, Bruce was a partner in a law firm where his practice focused on representing start-up companies as well as negotiating and structuring business transactions and was the President and founder of The Business Source, a consulting firm specializing in the sale and acquisition of private companies. Bruce also acted as general counsel for a multinational distributor of nutraceutical products. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant on the tax staff of Price Waterhouse in Seattle, Washington, and then worked with Deloitte & Touche in Boise, Idaho. His CPA license is currently inactive.

Bruce is a member of CFA's Business Services Group. He also has extensive experience in the construction industry, having successfully represented a number of specialty trade contractors in the sale of their companies. With a background as both an attorney and CPA, Bruce is able to creatively structure mid-market transactions to achieve the best possible result for his clients.

Bruce received his M.B.A. degree from the University of Washington, with an emphasis in finance and accounting, and his J.D. degree with the highest honors from the University of Idaho.
