Brad Purifoy, a Managing Director with Corporate Finance Associates, has an extensive background and successful track record in planning and negotiating business transfers, restructurings and financings. Prior to joining CFA, his experience included forming a successful middle market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, Heritage Business Associates, and positions as Director of Finance for Burlington Northern Railroad Company, Senior Manager of KPMG Peat Marwick, and Director of U.S. Taxes for Flowserve Corporation.

Brad has completed numerous transactions representing companies across a wide spectrum of manufacturing, wholesale distribution and services industries. This broad experience combined with a deep understanding of the financial and operational issues affecting sellers and buyers enables him to excel at guiding his clients through the complex world of M&A transactions, where there is often little margin for error.

Brad is a graduate of Texas A&M University with Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in accounting. Brad is a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (Dallas / Fort Worth chapter) and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants..
