Larry began as a middle-market transaction advisor services in 1991 after 8 years as a senior consultant with the consulting and accounting firm of Deloitte and Touché. Larry grew up in a family manufacturing environment and has owned manufacturing operations as owner operator. His transaction experience is broad from computer and chemical technology to traditional manufacturing. He currently serves on the board of several operating entities which range from pubic traded concerns to not-for-profit educational institutions.
