Mike O'Malley has spent the last 25 years in the finance area working with hundreds of businesses owners in a multitude of industries. The numerous experiences give him the ability to help and "tell all" so clients can maximize their price objective.

Since 1991 Mike has worked exclusively in the M&A field representing owners in selling their business. Mike enjoys working with owners prior to going to market to help them enhance the business. He is a mentor in the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program.

Prior to working in the M&A field,  Mike was controller of a public software company in the hospitality industry. He was also director of finance of a franchisor of pizza restaurants with over 160 locations. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant.
