Charlie has practiced as a CPA in Indiana for over 30 years. In addition to his accounting firm he owns several companies ranging from financial services to manufacturing. Throughout his career, Charlie has been involved in multiple M & A transactions involving: manufacturers and fabricators, railroads, trucking companies, mortuaries, real estate, farm and lumber products, professional services, banking and financial services, emerging and developing businesses, chain restaurant and retailers, and various other business sectors.

Charlie received his Accounting Degree from Indiana University and holds membership with the Indiana CPA Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, World Trade Club of Indiana, Venture Club of Indiana, and various other business organizations.
