Charles Washbush is a Founder and Senior Partner of Corporate Finance Associates. With 20 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, following years of hands-on experience in managing, financing, acquiring and selling privately-held and national companies, he brings this depth of experience to the many issues faced by the owners of privately held companies as well as senior management of public companies. He has represented sellers and buyers of manufacturing, distribution and service businesses throughout the United States and Canada.

After serving as a Special Agent with U.S. Army Intelligence, Mr. Washbush began his business career with the paper manufacturing/converting, printing and plastic operations of American Can Company. During his years with American Can Company, he held management positions in sales, marketing and manufacturing throughout the United States. He was then hired by the founder of Sysco Corporation, a $30 billion revenue food/paper/chemical distribution company during the start-up and IPO to acquire, merge, manage and grow the first companies. Mr. Washbush then served as a turn-around specialist and corporate officer in rebuilding unprofitable companies in the U.S. and Canada through his management experience and acquiring, merging and financing other businesses

Mr. Washbush is a MBA graduate of St. Mary's University, graduated from Marquette University with a BSBA, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Intelligence School. He is registered with FINRA holding a Series 7 license.  Security related Mergers and Acquisitions are offered through Corporate Finance Securities, Inc..  Mr. Washbush also holds a Corporate real estate license for business sales involving real estate.
