Ben Cornett is a well rounded executive whose experience spans the corporate world and personal ownership of a start up business. He has been through the process of selling a business he created and understands the challenges a business owner faces when choosing to sell their business.  Currently is the co-managing partner of the Atlanta office of Corporate Finance Associates with his partner Brandt Ross.

Corporate experience was with Xerox Corporation from January, 1969, to December, 1982 where he began as a sales representative eventually rising to Regional Sales manager responsible for 8 branches with revenues exceeding $300 million. In 1983 he was recruited By Colorocs Corporation, a high tech start up company who was developing a color laser copier and printer. He gained invaluable experience working with Venture capitalist firms and restricted public offerings. In 1985 he started his own company in the office products industry. The company evolved into two companies generating revenues in excess of $12 million which he eventually sold in 1995. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He served in the US Air Force from 1964 to 1969, being honorably discharged as a Captain. He currently serves on the board of Dunwoody Country Club.
