Ann Hanna is Vice President of Corporate Finance Associates’ Milwaukee office. Ann has spent the past 21 years as a Milwaukee business owner and senior executive in the construction and transportation industries. Prior to that, she served as an Audit Manager in Public Accounting.

During her career Ann has performed small and medium sized business sales and acquisitions, multiple new corporate start-ups, company turnarounds, and has extensive operational experience. Her background also includes corporate work for General Motors and Shell Oil.

Aside from corporate duties, Ann has served on the Board of Directors for various private companies, A-B (Rockwell) Credit Union Board, and the National Volvo Dealer IT Board. She has also held positions on various association boards, committees, and volunteer organizations.

Ann received an MBA (Finance & Corporate Taxation) from California State University, Fullerton and a Bachelor of Science degree (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Colorado.
