Joe Contaldo began his Investment Banking career with Corporate Finance Associates through the company’s Chicago Internship Program. He later joined the company full time as an Associate and was subsequently promoted to Acquisition Services Director and was tapped to develop and run the firm’s Acquisition Services Group and later their Private Equity Coverage Group. In 2007, he was promoted to Managing Director, becoming the youngest to reach that position in the firm’s history.

Currently, Joe heads business development, private equity coverage and the buyer advisory practice for the Chicago office. Outside of CFA, Joe sits on the board of Generate Corporation, a financial outsourcing company and is active in the Association for Corporate Growth.
