John Sheridan is a highly experienced M&A professional with over 15 years in the industry. He has acted as a seller's advisor for numerous middle-market companies over the years. In 2005, John joined the Chicago office as a Managing Director.

Prior to joining Corporate Finance Associates, John was a representative for a large middle-market investment banking firm, the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of a middle-market corporation, and a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 firm.

John earned his M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and also holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
