Marc Borrelli is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of CFA. Mr. Borrelli has over 30 years of executive management and investment banking experience representing and advising companies and investors in all phases of corporate strategy, business development, origination, valuation, structuring and closing M&A transactions. He has completed more than 50 transactions with a combined value in excess of $3 billion and has been involved in many public company transactions.  He has also led corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures and his industry experience includes without limitation, hospitality, financial services, advertising, industrial manufacturing and professional services. In addition, Mr. Borrelli has extensive international experience in managing and closing cross border multi-party transactions in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.

Mr. Borrelli has advised and participated as a principal on divestitures, acquisitions (stock and asset, both hostile and friendly), strategic equity, debt and restructurings for the development, growth and operations of existing and new business assets. As founder of Pegasus Partners, he has been lead merchant banker to corporate and personal clients on the sell side, and has successfully led and closed various transactions. He has actively led as an advisor on various capital formation strategies, acquisition roll-ups, corporate strategy and board advisory opportunities.

Formerly, Mr. Borrelli was a Managing Director at Taylor Companies where he advised on the divestiture of a subsidiary of a large European company. Prior to that he was a Managing Director at Translink International, an international M&A advisory firm. As Vice President of International M&A for Equifax, Mr. Borrelli led and was responsible for acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals in the US, Europe and Latin America.

Before Equifax, he held various positions at Holiday Inn Worldwide developing corporate strategy for Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific as well as developing and leading hotel joint ventures and transactions in Australia, Japan, Malaysia and China.

Mr. Borrelli began his career with Henry Ansbacher & Co. Ltd. in London where he worked on private and public acquisitions, disposals and equity issues.
