Brandt Ross has been with Corporate Finance Associates, Inc. of Atlanta for 15 years.  "CFA" is a 53-year-old firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. His background includes over 30 years in industry as CEO, COO, EVP, board member and consultant for more than fifteen privately owned family businesses.

He was President and COO of a $60 million manufacturer and distributor of retail goods. In his 7 years in that position the company more than doubled in sales and profits. For 10 years, he worked as a "turnaround consultant" working with troubled companies as COO or operations manager. His experience included 7 companies in manufacturing and distribution. His responsibilities included every aspect of the business from sales through manufacturing, distribution and finance.

Since joining Corporate Finance Associates, Mr. Ross has served a diverse group of clients in service, distribution and manufacturing. His past experience as an owner/ COO in many privately owned businesses and as a family business consultant has provided him with an unusual perspective in representing these companies where the ownership seeks either an exit strategy, a growth strategy, corporate finance or transition planning.

Brandt Ross has served as a board member of the Third National Bank, The United Way, Family Services and several Chambers of Commerce. He was President of the Marshall University Business School Advisory Board and founded their Internship Program. He also served as Executive-in Residence. He attended Indiana University, Northwestern University and has a BA from Marshall University. He is a volunteer in the DeKalb Medical Center Emergency Room.
